the aim of the organization shall be to serve the individual and corporate life of India through education, both religious and secular, medical, industrial, literary, agricultural, social and other charitable activities and institutions as a witness to the love of Christ for all mankind.

St. Paul's School and Jr. College of Science is an educational unit of Marathi mission.

In December 1962 MRS. and Mr. Kamlakar M. Hunbarhatty were appointed as a missionary for Satara unit. In the true sense, Mrs. H.K. Hunbarhatty was an educationist and had a great passion for school and education. Mrs. H.K. Hunbarhatty took all initiatives to start 1st English medium School in entire Satara district. St. Paul's school and Jr. college of Science, Satara was established in 1964 by founder Mrs. H.K. Hunbarhatty
